Ouch lol. Ya we do it based on the war start so it's very ill-advised to sell off your entire warchest for a city. We can look at what your audit was at the time the city was bought to confirm the warchest was there and retroactively give you the grant for it.

Please refrain from doing this in the future though since you're already getting city grants all the way to c30. It's not worth tanking your audit score and halting your growth over.

A few questions. How do I view my past audit scores? And how would I go about asking for that grant?
