Following the acceptance of the Treaty the Enclave choppers in 9 MKVlll laser turrets with experimental RFID targeting cards and gives black one of the access ID's (the turrets will target anyone without one). A guard post is then constructed at the base of the hill.

Japan and his masses approach the checkpoint but realize they don't have RFID's, the turrets immediately target all of them, civilians and soldiers alike. The officers don't even bother shutting off the turrets as they watch men, women, and children get vaporized. Japan77 is the only survivor as he flees in terror.

I hide out in the refuge offered by schirminator, and activate my computer and code the hill out of existence and turning John Henry Eden and BlackAsLight over to the Ministry of Love who convice them of their wrong doing and provide me the hill while setting up the necessary defenses. They are then also coded out of existence, and Schirminator is brought in as deputy to the President. Democracy for ruler of hill is declared as law.

I do not have an anti magic field around the Hill, but a BlackMagic spell that makes anyone who using Magic that isn't me will have there Magic backfire and place a cure on them and the ones they help. This cures makes @schirminator be deadly allergic to small pox and makes @japan77 to stupid to code anything ever again.
@schirminator is unable to return to his Kingdom to make @John Henry Eden grandmother or slit his "Throat" and @japan77 is now to stupid to code anything. Making my hill still mine! I didn't even have to lift a finger.

Following Black's retaking of the Hill; The Enclave choppers in a contingent of Siege-Breaker combat sentry prototype MKVs to protect the hill and test their combat effectiveness. A small guard contingent is all dropped in to monitor the project.

what @BlackAsLight fails to realize is that I had precoded an illusion giving him the Idea that he could make me stupid. My intelligence exceeds that of the cumulative universe, and there is no way to retard it. As such I reprogram all Enclave machines having them turn against blackAsLight, and execute program JohnHenryEden(); this results in John Henry Eden joining our side. I also execute program LiftFinger(); this results in BlackAsLight lifting a finger before he gets killed, and removing Schiriminator's allergies. I then proceed to establish a democracy. The People's hill.
