My BlackMagic is incredible. It can create life and destroy it with in a blink of an eye. If it falls into the wrong hands then only God can help us. Although it can not be understood by science, it can be learnt by any living thing and is extremely painful for anyone who tries. So the question is, how do I know that I can trust The Enclave to not miss use my BlackMagic?

I do not need your super weapons to protect my hill. The reason I consider this treaty is because it can get tiring doing everything by your self.

He did avoid the question, but if I was to teach him how to use BlackMagic I would never allow him to reach my level for one simple reason. I never create anything as powerful or more powerful then me, because if they step out of line then I can kill them.

My HealingMagic wont allow anyone to ever destroy me. It is a gift and a cures for even though I can not die, I still feel every ounce of pain and torch from someone trying to.

Just because someone takes My Hill away from me doesn't make it theirs. It makes them a thief and will be slaughtered for there crime.
