Your new wonders

It seem we don't all agree on the 7 new wonders so in this thread you can make your personal wonders list

Can be 7 world wonders, 7 natural world wonders, X country wonders, X continent wonders, from X year to Y year wonders, space wonders, anything you want

I don't take much of an issue with what is on the list so I wouldn't kick anything off it. I have more of a problem how the list was made. :P

However, if I had to name some places that I think would've made itself good on the list as well but were left out, then I'd say:

1. Neuschwanstein Castle, Germany

2. Angkor Wat, Cambodia

3. Theban Necropolis, Egypt

4. The great shrines and temples of Nikko, Japan (Tosho-gu, Fatarasan-jinja, and Rinno-ji)

I start with the 7 wonders of my region

It's the most important of the 7 monasteries of the San Michele line, a series of buildings from Palestine to Ireland perfectly aligned with each other that should hide the secret of the last Templar and the Holy Grail

Last year a fire damaged the roof just like it happened to Notre Dame

Was made on the Alps and it was an important refuge for pilgrims crossing the mountains

During the war against the French and Spanish forces of the early 1700s the king climbed the hill to observe the situation of the besieged city and promised to God that in case of victory he would build a glorious church, so it was, the following day the Piedmontese troops defeated the French army and the city was saved, the king immediately began construction work

You can reach it with a tramway that exceeds 21% of slope

In the subsoil there is the royal crypt where many kings have been buried

In 1949 there was the Superga tragedy where the football team of the "great" Torino, one of if not the best team of that era, died in a plane crash caused by fog
