WW1

War weariness, which had already set in by the time the treaty was signed, would have skyrocketed. Especially if the additional US forces didn't push the Gremans back significantly. In the US, there would eventually start protests to end the war and withdraw. As long as the central powers kept the allies at bay until the US was forced to withdraw by civil disobedience and political unrest, they could have won the war. I say that, because the French and British forces were thinning, and they only began taking back territory, because the US intervened. Once the US withdrew, Germany likely would have overrun France and forced the British into a Versailles style treaty that would have completely screwed them over. However, unlike Germany, the U.K. would not have become a far right nation, and would have put their war debts on the backs of India and their other colonies. That would bring us to a similar situation as we have today, but with Germany stretching from France to Russia, the US being significantly less strong, and the U.K. pretty much the same.
