1 horse sized duck. Ducks are soft and even a giant one I think a few good kicks will take it down. A bunch of 3-4 lb horses could do a lot of damage assuming they are working together.

Plus think of the feast you could have after taking out that duck.

 
I agree 😂 i feel like a giant duck would definitely win me in a battle, 10 duck sized horses would probably be less threatening considering horses aren't as aggressive in nature and being duck sized wont make them a issue 😅 but in all seriousness i would run away, dont want to get a whipping from any 

 
Well if a fight with a bunch of duck sized horses goes bad, you could easily run away (briskly walk even).  If a duck is two hands high vs a horse which might be 16 hands (for a thoroughbred say), then presumably a duck sized horse will run 1/8th of 48 kph (the upper average galloping speed of a full sized horse) or 6kph (a bit under 4 mph).

Of course you must consider that when fighting horses you are fighting somewhat intelligent beasts, albeit little ones, however when fighting a horse sized duck you are really still only dealing with a big bird brain.

no in my mini horse scenario the mini horses can run as fast as normal horses.

Oh you're so wrong friend. Don't underestimate the navy. Plus, duck beaks are anything but soft, not saying anything about that duck attitude.
