Fifth extension to the series brah. Also, this time, I've added the draw option.

Rules:

1. No nukes

2. War is ONLY between the United States against Russia and China

3. I'll grant the United States access to their foreign military bases

 
The US defense budget is larger than the rest of the top 12 countries (In terms of defense budget) COMBINED. They would have no issue with it, with nukes would be a different story, in that no one wins

 
Just us and them, no other countries involved, means that the US wouldn't have anything to worry about on the land. it would just be a naval and air battle. That's a winning proposition for us, we'd do a lot more damage than we received. But neither side could actually destroy the other. We can't win a land war in Asia and they can't cross the Pacific.

 
total victory would be almost impossible for the US but control of the seas would give the US the advantage in the long run

disruption of China us trade would cause economic difficulties for America but America has a much better energy security situation and much more importantly, food security situation.

 
US: carriers + air force.

China + Russia: unlimited manpower + land

Gonna be a long war. But then again, USA > Japan > China + Russia, and this was before the military-industrial complex.

 
I'd say a draw because of of the fact there is a giant sea between them. Ground invasion would be pointless, and China and Russia wouldnt be able to attack the mainland of USA, and vice versa. Naval and Air battles would occur but whoever is closer to their supply lines and bases have the major advantage so wherever the battle takes place is going to lean slightly to whoever has the closest support. (Id say USA would win most of the time)

Thank geography because if Russia,China, and USA were on the same continent then China/Russia would win.

If unrestricted warfare then USA would mop the floor with both of them. Only reason US has lost any since WW2 is because of government interference.

 
It'd be close, but I think we've focused on very expensive quality so much that it would be very difficult for us to scale up.  Kind of like Germany in WW2.  They had the highest quality tanks and planes, but they couldn't produce or fuel them efficiently.  Each F35 costs over 100 million dollars.
