You can build muscle doing that many reps of small weight. 

 but you’re more likely to do major injury to muscles doing 1 lift of an overweight object 

 
I'm assuming we can continue with our daily lives while lifting..just gotta stop for one sec to get that form and continue, then I wouldn't mind doing it😛
