Kind of an understatement.

It was well over 1000 times more powerful than the original atom bombs, and 10x deadlier than all the munitions used in WW2 combined.

The mushroom cloud reached the stratosphere, over 6x the height of Everest.

It would have killed or severely burn anything within 100 km, and shattered windows up to 700 km away. It would severely burned everyone in a state like Massachusetts.

It was originally designed as a 100 Mt bomb but that would have killed the bomber and would have resulted in about 25% of the fallout since the creation of nukes. Also the design was impractical as much of that power would have gone into space.
