You both have dedicated so many hours to the betterment of our community, above and beyond the boundaries of any single leadership position you've held. You were the proverbial Welcoming Committee when I first joined, spending many hours chatting with me, answering my (many) questions, and making sure I felt welcomed and appreciated. And, in the spirit of this award, you've extended the same attention to so many other members of our community, too. You've left an indelible mark on our alliance.
