Sweden Seeking Nanoriah for Help

After being abandoned and left with nowhere to turn, Sweden has asked Nanoriah to help guide them into the future. Nanoriah has offered:

-15% tax for small involvement in some Nanorian programs (limited benefits)

-40% tax for complete involvement in all programs

-Join Nanoriah

Nanorian citizens will vote on what they believe is best soon, and that will be presented to Sweden. Here are some opinions gathered by citizens:

"I think they should tough it out, screw them"-Barry Hand

"They need to join us, think about it, combining our military, as well as generating more money for us. When we stand together and unite, we have a better life ahead of us"-Cyndi Okaford

"Tax them 15%, they shouldn't need full benefits"-Nikoli Verdant

 
The Holy Roman Empire offers Sweden the opportunity to hold citizenship in the Empire pay no taxes and maintain full complete independance. The Empire only asks for 100 year leases on 2 port facilities for the Navy to base. We also extend a decree that an attack on Sweden is a attack on the Empire... 

We wish Sweden to remain free and void of outside influences.
