The Sino Republic has discovered who was responsible for the assassination of Emperor Penguin. We shall take revenge.

Sino has increased it's military budget to 1.2 billion USD. This is widely supported by the populous of Sino. Sino shall be increasing taxes to approximately 50% of Peoples incomes, and food and other essentials shall be distributed by the state. All farms shall be nationalised and new mechanisation shall be brought in to increase crop yields. Sino shall also be recruiting 10 million new soldiers into extensive military training facilities to ensure troops are trained to full efficeincy. 

The China region of Sino has sent 2000 tanks, 600 fighters (planes) and 800 bombers to it's western borders in full readiness. An assortment of Attack and transport helicoptors have also been sighted. 2 million active services personal have also been sent over the last few days. China's reservist army have been called up and are manning positions all around china. 

Mongolian armed forces have also been called up, and orders to keep peace within Mongolia.

Iranian Forces have also been seen to be mobilising, with 2 million reservists being called up, and 200,000 active personel being sent to Iran's Eastern Border. In support are 100 tanks and 100 helicopters, with 80 fights and 80 fixed wing bombers flying overhead. 

There is spectualation that this is the build up to a major attack in responce to the killing of Emperor Penguin. Turkmenistan or Afghanistan are thought to be the possibilities of who shall be targetted.

The Ottoman 1st Army meanwhile is fully mobolized in Syria in a joint venture with loyalist forces to root out remaing rebel factions. Thus far there has been only small pockets of resistance. Some journalists believe that the AHA is attempting to tie up the Middle East - the heart of the worlds oil supply. It is rumoured that the 2nd Ottoman army is mobilizing on the Northern Iraq border.

The Grand Ottoman Empire finds it strange that the US is deploying war ships to the region. It is surely not welcome in the region after aggravating the Muslim world with its racist policies. American warships are not welcome in to operate in AHA waters (Syrian & Turkish in the Med & Egyptian in the Red). We reiterate American warships must remain out of AHA waters.

The Grand Ottoman Empire asks peacefully as we do not wish aggression with the US during delicate issues regarding American-Turk repatriation.

As far as the given information US navy fleets in red sea will be pretty close to TGOE water and international water boundary but it will be still in international waters

We are bemused by the logic of the US. The forces of the Sino Republic are already poised to advance on the border, the US would not be able to deploy any troops into the region before the Sino Republic OR Russia. 

The US has already abandonned Afghanistan once in the recent past, you have no jurisdiction there.

We advise the US rethinks its stance on Afghanistan. We do not want Afghanistan to be an international warzone. TGOE supports a temporary halt to US and AHA plans in the region so the matter can be solved diplomatically.

The United States has a military agreement with Afghanistan - our jurisdiction is granted by the government of Afghanistan itself.  Any attempt to interfere will be an aggressive act.

TGOE has no right to claim the Mediterranean sea as AHA waters. TRG sees it fit to allow the USA through the Strait of Gibraltar

We do not lay claim to the Mediterranean at all, and you are welcome to do so. American ships may not pass into AHA waters in the region, which has already been agreed.
