quest to 1000 pages

I LoVe reading! What’s your genre :3
Ohhh that's a good one! I honestly don't have a single favorite one but here is a list of my favorite genres and some books in that genere I have enjoyed

Narrative nonfiction:

Boys in the boat (the movie is actually pretty accurate too the book)

Unbroken

Into the abyss

Sci-fi:

The martian

Project Hail Mary

Fantasy:

Harry potter

Mistborn (I've only read the first book DON'T SPOIL)

Percy Jackson

The inheritance cycle

Word building:

I throughly enjoyed the storm light archive

I recently started started reading the wheel of time by Robert Frost (I'm only on page 70 tho)

What about you?

Aw man I wish you were on Discord. Book club has a lot of Sanderson fans and I think there’s a couple working through the wheel of time too. Definitely some HP fans as well. 🙋

We do a forums discussion for the books we read as well. We just voted on reading Ready Player One this coming month. And a Sanderson book the next. Ima ping you :B read with us! You’ll miss the VC, but we can get the forums going better!

I lean towards folklore / mythology  which is probably why I’ve read almost all of Rick riordan’s books :D  did you ever get to the second Percy Jackson set? I think it’s called the heroes of Olympus. Annabeth is my 1000% favorite!

I’ll give almost any book recommendation a go, but I seem to dip into fantasy a lot otherwise. I try to read a nonfiction book occassionally too, but it’s not my fav.

Fortunately, I use the Libby app and my library is good about recommending good books in every genre. So I get to browse a librarian’s recc.s :3

Yeah, I believe I have read the second set. That's the one where Percy looses his memory and ends up at roman camp right?

Yeee. Roman meet Greek; go fight Gaia.

what’s the Wheel series about Anyways? All I heard is that it’s insanely long
I'm not super far into the series but it's a similar style to the storm light archive if you've read it. (Fun fact: Sanderson finished the wheel of time series Becuase the author died before he finished). It's also a fantasy. Can't give you much information Becuase again, I'm still not very far into the first book.

I don’t really enjoy Sanderson…so probably shouldn’t pick up that series. I haven’t read SLA.

Yeah, maybe you should give it a try. (also do you know where any of the secret eggs are? I can't find them)
Spit take

IM GLAD YOU ASKED MAN! (Oops, caps lock was on n I don’t want to retype)
