Also you can really put these into tiers:

1-13 = Veterans, most in upper tier and have great kill stats

14-23 = Veterans, most in the mid tier and have good kill stats (small difference between #14 and #23). 

24-26 = TKR Rookies, have good kill stats and I'm fairly certain will see a large jump after the next war

 
IMO, it's not quite fair to post for ranking now. some of us used to raid hella lot and i dont think the current values take into account the pre-military changes patch totals. I used to be a MONSTER in battles ... I rekt so many ppl lol

 
raiding inactives is boring, I look for actives to raid when i raided so at least it wasnt all just brain dead meh attack, meh attack, meh attack, get loot

rading actives at least, you get to have some challenge before you keel them... a test at who is the better stragetist
