The best is toaster oven. 

As long as it’s not fridge cold. I’ll take room temp. cold if there’s no microwave, toaster oven, or skillet.<- and yes I’ve used all these. 
 

I’ll turn down pizza that’s too cold though.

Depends on my mood.  Cold, reheated in a toaster oven, or if I want the crust to be crispy, heated covered in a frying pan.
