yeah I stopped trying to eat spicy food, I can't handle anything, I remember once when I was younger I thought wasabi was ice cream, that wasn't a fun day. I blame my siblings, I was too young.

I can do very spicy but I prefer a maximum of moderate spicy. I don't really see much of a reason to eat something extremely spicy if that is the only thing I taste then. So I prefer no spice or spice to such a level that it adds to the dish instead of overpowering it.

I have never seen the point of overly spicy food. Once the spice overpowers the taste of the food it just becomes an ego trip and ruins good food.

Some spice is good but it is easy to overpower the flavor of the dish with it.

My dad and I go to Thai restaurants and ask them to make the food as spicy as they possibly can and it's barely even warm for us
