Of Powdered Milk

Would you drink powdered milk if it was the only milk available?

My mom says they used to have them in hurricane kits for when you lose power, you can still have milk. Also says they used to use them for animals on the farm and it also sometimes get used in baking/cooking as an alternative to milk so you don't thin out the batter/sauce.

Looks like it's a thing here as well but we call it "Trockenmilch" if it's not baby formula. Cause baby formula is called "Milchpulver" which is "milk powder" whereas powdered milk is "Trockenmilch" which means "Dry milk".
