I always was on the heavier side in terms of my weight. I have lost 60 pounds since October so for the first time in years I feel better in my body and everything although I'm not where I wanna be.

So in school I was still overweight. In 9th grade I got this teacher who would only do artistic gymnastics with us. I was unable to do any of that because of my weight and he humiliated me in front of the entire class. Since the PE classes were always the last two hours of the day on Thursday, I basically faked sickness for almost half a year of going to school because I was honestly scared. I left the school grounds after two hours before end of school (sometimes faking a sickness towards the teacher; sometimes leaving just like that) and then waited 2 hours at the bus stop until classes were over regularly so my mother wouldn't know.

If I'm sick of work, maybe once a year historically, I'll call in sick.  This is legitimate imo, if not completely honest, because it benefits everyone not having a cranky Etat pissing everyone off at work.  'you would like analgesia today would you? I'm sorry I left it in my other bag'

You and Micchan
I don't do something if I don't want, there's no reason to fake

Having mental break days is a real thing. We should have more of them.
