Yes because I want a refugee crisis situation at the China-North Korea border - I feel like that's one of the biggest reasons China doesn't actually tighten the screws on them (that and the fact that it's always good to have a 'mad' dog in your service).
No because Kim Jong-un seems extremely unstable and oblivious - push come to shove the fucker will blow shit up, and that's always bad news when said country has nuclear capabilities (limited as they may be). They definitely don't have the ability to nuke USA, so it's the Asian countries around them that will suffer.
