Headphones or earbuds

Headphones are a bit bulky, but I’ve always heard better with them than earbuds.

Id love some quality headphones at home. But for real tho, I have to choose earbuds. 90% of the time I only use 1 bud at a time.

Headphones to me have a better 'surround sound' over earbuds.  Earbuds are more convenient and easier to carry around, but if I'm stationary, headphones all the way.

I prefer headphones but wear earbuds more because they are smaller and easier to travel with.

Yeah, I only use one at a time too. I like to still hear what is going on around me.

Exactly!
The only time I cant hear my surroundings is when im home alone or locked in my room alone, and even then just for a couple hours. Thats when I blowout my eardrums jammin

I think headphones probably have better sound deadening qualities, so I should only hear what is being piped through to my ears (and my tinnitus of course hahaha).  However decent headphones tend to be too expensive, especially since they end up getting ragged about by the kids, so I tend to favour ear buds for those reasons alone.
