3 of my grandparents had more than 10 siblings. I have no idea about the 4th since he died before I was born and I don't know that side of the family at all.

 
I know my paternal grandfather had at least 7 siblings and my paternal grandmother had 3 sisters. My maternal I don't really know because I never met them. At least 2, but it sounds like there are a lot more. And maternal grandfather I also don't really know because he's never been a part of either my mom's or my lives, though we've found some of that family recently thanks to Ancestry, so maybe I'll know before long.
