Empire Earth

[Infinite Citadel]

Did anyone else play this back in the day? Similar to Age of Empires, but it spans from prehistoric to the future. I downloaded it last night and enjoyed the nostalgia

Empire Earth was one of the few games I had as a kid, I spent a ridiculous amount of time playing it. I went back a few years ago and beat all the campaigns again, which I think were pretty good. I like all the history it has in it. Empire Earth 2 sucked.

I loved that game! Yeah, EE2 totally sucked.

EE on the other hand was just good stupid fun. I didn't really like the campaigns or whatever. It was something like a sandbox game for me.

I would play a large map with my brother and like 3 AI at low difficulty levels. It was just plain fun killing swordsmen with machine guns and such

The late game nuclear holocausts were the best

Early game prophetic holocausts were fun too.
