TKR 6 - The Herald
You need to post a word following any of these two alternatives:
It must start with the first letter of the last word and be one character shorter.
Or
It must end with the last letter of the last word and be one character longer.
First person to reach 10 letters wins, which is when another round starts.
Standard scrabble rules apply. Only nouns(excluding proper nouns), pronouns, verbs, and adjectives are admissible.
When a dead-end is reached, that is, no new word can be thought of, you can pass. Upon three passes we can start afresh, or depending upon the availability thereof, a synonym can be named and the game resumes.
Example:
person1 : Two
p2 : Open
p3 : One
p4 : Epic
p5 : Corny
..............
p3 : Academist
p5 : Television (WINS)
some more rules: No ing-ing words to go longer. No making plurals of natural singulars. If the word is naturally a plural, or even generally used in plural, then it's okay. You can use a dictionary, but please don't use the internet for fairness' sake.
