We just need to throw this whole PR and reputation thing out the window.

We should beef up our bottom tier and declare on tiny problem alliances, you know, the ones that no one has ever heard of but they are constantly picking fights with other micro-alliances. Let's go, the whole family here at TKR, and clean house in the micro-alliance stage. Our smaller nations get valued war experience and we get to cheer on our favourite new nation to see who racks up the most kills in any one quasi-war.

As long as we focus on just the ones in what seems like constant war (there has to be at least a few) that we could frame it as internal outcry for justice and peace. we can send some of our new nations over there and then once they get bombed they come rejoin us and we march down there and clean up the mess. I don't think this would actually be too bad the more I type it out like this. I mean, really, all we're doing with this plan is taking out small, unstable fleas from Orbis' backside but greater yet, we are training our new nations in a very controlled environment where we know we can't really loose big. Yeah, it would be a big investment for the alliance bank but I think it could be worth it to have these nations exposed to war at their level starting so small. More experience by the time they make mid-tier = more damage they are capable of once they get there. 

That's about all I have to say about that.

Why this one? I don't really care which micro we roll personally. we don't have to have a reason. Just wait for a micro to declare war in the bottom tiers and then roll them. We are peacekeepers
