Raiders, wastelanders, followers. Even the community type thing you can build in fo4 would make a decent roleplay I think. Having a raiding party go into a deathclaw den, there's plenty you could do.

 
There's also a free ruleset for Fallout tabletop games too. It's way easier to do than D&D. I guess this is a derail but the topic is kinda dead lol

 
 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ we were expecting the BK ambassador to DM but he's disappeared. Now if either rin, albgast or sargun would happen to step up and volunteer to DM and start a new thread we could do it
