there needs to be a when i'm trollied answer/occasionally/socially kinda thing. i smoke like every couple weeks

In here, at least you need to smoke once in a lifetime to be acknowledged and "accepted" into the society (i.e highschool, workplace, etc.) lol

Poll should have been: Should Trumps pay for my cigarettes?
Option 1: Yes.
Option 2: Definitely.
Option 3: 100%.
Option 4: No, but I’m a sucky loser so ignore me.

I think that was the case everywhere when I was a kid (if you were a guy). It's much less common now because everyone knows the risks and everyone has seen smokers with lung cancer and heart attacks. Vaping took over for a few months, but gov was like, "nope," and promptly shut it down hard.

But ironically, a lot of people do it because they're told not to. Now it's like proving you're not afraid of death. I tried once and it felt horrible, so I don't see why people continue if it weren't for peer pressure.

Seems kinda ironic for me to give health advice when Im a smoker. Never tried though.

I do secondhand smoking, however. 👀

Yeah, most of the time it's either because of the pleasure of the prestige you get from being a smoker. It does make you look cooler, but for me it's not worth it... Nowadays vaping is a more common practice within the youngsters, although it's more expensive then the already pricey cigars... And yes, vapes isnt banned yet over here

Started smoking in the army during my conscription when my city permit was cancelled by random lottery at my birthday. It was the last chance to get out before the final 4 week excercise. (Well 3 weeks of excerise itself, 1 week to clean and hand back the equipment before demob.)  Took me 10 years to quit.

I've never even had a cigarette in my mouth. Both of my parents smoked growing up (although my father quit at one point) and that deterred me from it I think.
