Whale, it's not extinct but I wouldn't want to consume it now because of the business and treatment of the animals it promotes. Also seal. However I were to visit native tribes which still consume and hunt it in a way which presevers the species and is not industrial, I'd gladly try some.

There was apparently an equine species back in the 17th-19th century (not entirely sure) that went extinct because people liked its meat a little too much. Must’ve been really tasty. Can’t remember what it was called.
