Kind of a strange poll. Basically wouldn't want anyone as neighbors whose behavior impacts my own peace & quiet. If a LGBT vegan gun activist neo-nazi wants to move in next door and is friendly without starting rallies in the street or shooting their firearms in their backyard, then really who cares? I can (and do) ignore just about anyone who just happens to live next to me, but I can’t do a damned thing about loud, unruly children. We’ve had them running around our driveway, throwing our rocks up into our palm tree to try and knock down the stupid drone they got stuck up in the fronds, ride their scooters all the way up to our door and proceed to smack our door with their scooter tires, run around our lawn and smack our plants around, turn on our water at the side of our house and use our hose to get into water fights.... 

Oh and the one kid who shoved his buddy into the street in front of my car as I was driving home from work, you bet your ass I pulled over and gave the entire lot of little heathens a stern talking to when that happened. Scared the shit out of me. 

I don’t like children anyway, but I fecking ******CANNOT STAND*********** other people’s damned unruly, undisciplined, rude ass children.

It does depend on how obnoxious these people are. If they're a neonazi, are they expressing their dreams of becoming like Hitler? If they're vegan, are they these crazy pro-environmentalists who you see chained to the tree outside their building and chanting about saving cows or whatever?

Other Things: Stuck-up people, like Menny said. The kind of people who mention their most recent trip to Tahiti everytime they see you.

Neo-nazi's: because anyone who associates themselves with nazi's are evil or irredeemably stupid and shouldn't live near my kids, me or anybody for that matter.
