I want to say no but I'm choosing other. Because there is one morbid exception that I hope will never happen (knocking on wood thrice). If my sister were to have children, something happened to her and there was no (responsible) father in the picture to take care of them, I'd most likely adopt her children. As of now there are seemingly no children to be expected in the near future though.

You don't need to be physically attracted to someone or their genitals to have sex with them.
