Took me a moment to realize that there was an english version so that I didn't keep getting confused about whether Lettonia was Lithuania or Latvia and whether Svezia was Sweden or Switzerland.

Generally don't make it a conscious effort to learn all the cities, countries, etc but I look at maps often enough that I know them fairly well.
