So this is the thread for UNGA discussions so at first I will like to know what is the most preferable position for UNGA to function?

I have a few choice 
Let's have a vote.

Also Please start nominating members for UNGA chairman Post Anyone will need atleast 3  person to nominate him/her apart from himself and then we will go for a vote.

So  as of the earlier vote it is clear that majority want's Paris to be UNGA hq. So I will like to shift all UN office to Paris. If @Patriot Girl (current ruler there) have no problem with it.

1.) France be admitted as a member of the United Nations Security Council.

UN will not intervene on France internal affairs but if there is some huge amount of Human right violation then UN may intervene and for the UNSC seat France also need to go through voting process there will be no exception.

If France is accepted as a member of the unsc as terms for Paris being the headquarters than Germany sees this as a act of agression toward it's interest and delegitizmizes the entire organization. first of all France is not a permanent member of unsc we are going for a process discussion to make a new temporary unsc seat
