The Paperless Bloc

Do you guys feel the paperless bloc is really "paperless" or they have sort of MDP among them??? or probably more than that ???
 

I personally feel that they have MDP among them but paperless for the outer world
And also this "paperless" thing is because they did not get rolled heavily ( I meant TEst) and I feel if they take heavy damage in near future they will not be paperless at all

Theyre paperless but there is an understanding between themselves and they can work with others to achieve common goals.

I feel all the options are still paperless, if they didn't have agreements with anybody then they are nuetrals. Paperless is the lack of a obligation to defend someone or have anyone defend you, doesn't mean you can't though

my second question  is do you guys think they will still remain paperless after some big war like TEst taking more than 10 bn damage and loosing the war???

They still have friends.  They'll still jump into wars.  It might give them a political out to avoid a loosing war, but other than that, it's not functionally much different than having treaties.

Paperless bloc are all those alliances who have signed original / updated edictum Est (if I am not misspelling)

So basically these 3 alliances are reffered to paperless bloc although at this point VE is also paperless but they did not signed edictum Est as far as I know.

Everyone has to have allies, whether they're formal ones or informal ones.

But there's enough of a difference between a formal treaty and a paperless understanding that I wouldn't go adding MDP links between them on the Treaty web.

They're capable of taking a beating and bouncing back as if nothing has changed. TEst and Arrgh especially. So I don't think they would change themselves just from losing a war.
