Which answer do you pick if you get stuck on a multiple choice test?

I don’t have a designated option. 
I make an educated guess. Meaning I narrow down the options, then guess. 

If all else fails, I follow the randomized pattern. Meaning if I had 2 of the same letter in a row, I don’t pick that one. If there hasn’t been a double recently , then I make one n copy the previous or next answer. In other words, a methodical guess.
