Although my first thought is explosion, when it comes to these “unstoppable force vs immovable object” Scenarios, I’m inclined to think a simple “the universe blinks out of existence” is best.

I think how it blocks it matters. If by blocking we mean that it can just deflect anything, then the sword just continues cutting air in it path and gets deflected away from the shield no problems. But if it means actually stopping it dead in its tracks, I'm going with Opa, and everything just ends lol.
