Spiders and snakes

Would you rather get bit by a random snake or a random spider

I've been bitten by spiders many times and was fine plus where I live there aren't many poisonous spiders around but I have had a rattlesnake coiled up and rattling between my feet. I do believe I set the record for a standing backwards broad jump that day. I really do not like snakes any longer.

 
I used to live in Flordia and was almost bitten by a cottonmouth that was hiding in the bushes behind where my door opened up. I ran to the car (instead of running back inside lol) and hid. Haven't liked snakes since.

there are plenty of venomous spiders

 
Both dangerous, but I feel that treatment for snake bites is more reliable and definitive.  Generally speaking I believe it very hard to even diagnose a spider bite, let alone it’s species.

 Avoid both imo
