Oh gawd no. Quebec wouldn't survive in the long term. Most of Canada's oil comes from Alberta (around 95% of it) and if Quebec decides to leave Canada, guess they'll have to start importing a lot of oil.

 
So USA jr. want to split? A non-country want to become 2 non-countries? Who is so stupid... oh right, Belgium.

 
How about the US just annexes Canada (and make it a state(s)), then the question on leaving will be decided. You can't.
