Ooh.. I have a lot of fun secrets.
On one permadeath MUD I played a bandit who would knock out other characters, lock them in dark rooms, and then torture them. Often they just get tattooed and then knocked out again and dumped where we kidnapped them. The actual dangerous ones had body parts cut off.
The MUD revised their torture policy soon after - characters that were being tortured could wish up to staff to kill their characters. After that I had quite a few victims accidentally bleeding to death and such.
I applied for a Templar character later on, which was something like a cross between a priest and police. The staff rejected it, saying that they were worried I'd abuse the role by torturing pickpockets and scaring noobs off the game or something.

I have migraines that can basically be triggered by anything. I have to be pretty careful about what I eat when I'm low on sleep, as that increases the risk.
