Ghost - plenty of personal experience. I believe in ghosts or malicious spirits the same way I believe in poisonous spiders. It's almost geographically constrained, and just because your ghosts are harmless, doesn't mean everyone else's are.

Aliens - Fermi Paradox

 
How could you not believe in aliens though? Considering the youth of our planet, it's so likely that alien life evolved somewhere else billions of years ago.

 
I think its interesting that an unequal number of people in this thread believe in demons and angels. Seems that if you have one, you have the other almost by necessity.

There's a good possibility of alien life somewhere in the universe and all these other creatures could potentially exist as forms of alien life. But, I see no point in affirming the existence of any of them as it would be impossible to prove by modern standards.

Like people have said alien life is more likely of the bunch, but on the second hand the probability of so many things happening right from planet capable of supporting life to evolution starting off and not failing - it makes the probability very small. Also have to take the time scale into consideration here. Maybe there were aliens but their local star went supernova and everyone went extinct.
