White t shirt and shorts unless I'm at someone's place.  And in New Orleans a t shirt and shorts is underwear because of how hot and humid it is all the time.  Two layers, bruh

Now that I'm up north I'm doing it out of habit but the best strategy is to sleep naked, because you never know what will happen.  It lets me have a blunt force trauma weapon at the ready.

I know in cold places you stack up the layers but in warm as well? Isn't it bad for the skin if you get the plain white thsirt wet with sweat in first hours and then stay in it for rest of the night?

It's hot and humid where I live (tropical rainforest climate). Of course anyone who lives in these climates get air conditioning. Air conditioning is mandatory infra where I live; people get it before they get proper roofs or piped water :P

Yeah I guess. Where I live I have two independent heating systems instead.

Just underwear, so I can get up and use the bathroom or whatever easily without being naked in front of housemates.

It depends from the temperture.

In the hot season i wear a shirt and underwear

In the cold season i wear a full pj

Normal clothes. Unless I'm in the mood and it's winter then it's pj's and that's usually just the bottoms and a white T
