That comes under not killing yourself and others unjustly:
“If you kill one person unjustly it is as if you killed the whole of humanity, and if you saved once person it is as if you saved the whole of humanity.” (Quran 5:32)

these polls are never about what they are, infact most of the time they are about entierly other things and not about what they are or even about what they are supposed to be about, on other times they may just be abou what they are supposedto be about, because what they supposed to be about is the same that they actually are about. What were talking about is whether or not taking what's regarded as "someone's intellectual property" for personal use (not distribution) is theft and the onus (burden of proof) is on you to provide evidence that this is indeed the case according to the Sharia.

Theft is theft. The vast majority of Islamic writings that lay down crime and punishment are older than the concept of intellectual property.
