Permafrost Farming

TSR has been tinkering with the idea that there could be such a way to be able to farm on land with permafrost. Some areas within TSR have permafrost, and a few other countries have it as well. TSR has found an estimated 1 year system to "Fix" the permafrost and make the soil rich again. Botanists and scientists will be sent to the northern parts of TSR and Greenland and Canada to test the theories. If they succeed, the world will have a larger supply of food and could lead to more population growth in the northern countries of the world.

The Botanists and Scientists have arrived in the countries listed above. They will now begin to treat a small section of land. It is estimated that in a few months, there will be enough results to conclude if the system works or not.
