To be honest all of them, but atm I have been playing a lot fo GTA which kind of encompasses many of these genre's.

 I play strategy like civ and paradox games a bit more often, but I also like survival, role-playing, FPS, well... hell basically everything on the list

RPG with Strategy and vice versa. And VNs but for other reasons.

When I had more free time as a kid RPG's where great but as you get older and busier it's hard to enjoy them.

I still love RPG's but these days online exploration games like Elite Dangerous or Shooters like TomClancy games or Battlefield 3 or 4 are easier to get into.

Strategy games would be my next fav : Mount and Blade or Total War are some of my fav.
