Survey research 101:  responses should be mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive.  In this case it's perfectly possible for A and D to both be somewhat true  .  Yes, I am recently vaccinated and Bill Gates could possibly be some type of reptile, or alien, or something.  I don't believe the thing about white people though.   In my state of WA pretty much anyone over 16 can walk in and get vaccinated now.  Hmm....Bill Gates lives in WA.  The plot thickens

I had some incentive otherwise I wouldn’t have got it. The truth is you can still carry it and spread it while vaccinated and so I wouldn’t be helping others by getting it. It would almost be better for me to just get sick so I’d know I’m carrying it. I’m not too worried about myself anyways
