I don't like the second question. I don't think it's healthy, but saying no makes it sounds like I'm saying it's unhealthy. I don't think it has anything to do with health at all.

There have been studies done on things related to this, though. 

I'm not going to link to anything lol, but it is an interesting thing to read about/watch videos on. Supposedly can reduce stress and reduce pain when injured. 

 
Well only i seem to be that good boy atm 🤷‍♂️

Exactly what I was thinking! 

But on the flip side, I don’t remember if I saw anything correlating swearing with increased violence or anger…
