Nuclear power doesn’t seem like the cleanest / environmentally friendly source of energy.

My hometown only has 1950 infra so need for another one.

I wouldn't trust the people where I live to keep up the safety standards necessary- since the people already here would likely fill the jobs

I already get about 25% of my power from a plant that’s about 75 miles from my house. I’m very happy with that and would be happy to see more. Coal is difficult, it’s not replenishing!

nuclear is not only more cost effective, but it's much saver aswell

Seems like a good idea as long as there is no chance someone is going to start shooting artillery at it

I'd be more concerned about it being on time and on budget. My state's already thrown fat wads of cash at developers for no meaningful return.
