Do you think a Mars Colony is feasible with current technology?

I think we're at the point where we could do it but it would be prohibitively expensive and dangerous. It'll take space-based heavy manufacturing as well as mitigating the effects of radiation and low gravity on the body before we can do anything more than short duration science outposts like in The Martian.

 
Honestly I think we're at least fifty years from it. Technology is only part of the issue. Most of the equipment a colony would need to survive doesn't exist yet and even if the plans were available today, wouldn't exist for decades.

Lead times on infrastructure on earth takes years. Mutliply that by the extra difficulty factor...

100% agree with this. Feasible with current technology, yes. Worthwhile to try with current technology, no.
