I usually say Car-A-Mel, but sometimes I say Car-Mel instead

I always say Car-Mel though I know Car-Mel and Car-A-Mel are the same thing, I usually think in my head that Car-Mel is the flavor and Car-A-Mel is the texture/substance. I know that probably doesn't make sense but that's my mind basically.
