Not unplayable, but it's been insane for me, so I put 5.

Not unplayable but highly annoying and should have been fixed long before now.

I think bugs generally fall into one of two categories: (1) bugs that make the game functionally unplayable, and (2) bugs that make the game annoying to play. In the latter category, this latest bug with the in-game notifications is rapidly approaching a 5 on my personal 1-5 scale.
