North America: Any plans for the eclipse?

My brother and I are traveling to Tennessee. We have family that happens to have a house in the path of totality.

Anyone else have plans?

PS: Buy your eclipse glasses now--not later!

The last total eclipse that occurred in my country was on August 11th, 1999 and despite being only 5 years back then I still remember it. The next total eclipse during which the umbra shadow will be observable from Germany will be on September 3rd, 2081. So as long as I don't move to some other country I will not see another eclipse like that unless I turn at least 87 years old.

My plan is to buy one ad go for a full tune, then do many races and won credits to buy a superior FTO

Well, I've been planning this out for weeks. I weighed all my options and even considered alternatives. My plan for this will be:

I'll probably watch a video of the eclipse on youtube or smth. Ain't nobody got time to fly halfway across the world for an eclipse

this eclipse happened to coincide with my big trip to the GREAT WEST

i will be seeing the eclipse at some location between Omaha and Casper, Wyoming

i'm aiming for Tryon, NE, which is north of North Platte, but if there's traffic and delays getting out of Omaha, I might end up seeing it someplace north of Kearney or around Grand Island.

its gonna be a lonnnnnnnnnnng day
