Sort of indirectly. The door at my last job locks automatically and I accidentally left my house/car keys inside the office when I was the last one heading home on a Friday. My neighbor had my spare house key and so I called her and she went and got my spare car key from my house and drove both spares to me at work ❤️

By the time I moved out of my childhood home, I had lost the habit of carrying house keys around, since our door could be unlocked with a keypad. So naturally, when I moved out I quickly found myself locked out of my apartment. I had left the house without my keys, and my bf left later and locked up to go to work (he worked evenings back then). I got home and realized I was locked out. I had to go back downtown to my bf's office to get his keys. Haven't forgotten my keys once since then.

I've done it once or twice.  The few times I've done it was just forgetting my keys in the house.  Anymore, that's a mistake I try very hard not to make.

I've not but my dad has locked me out of my previous flat in just my socks one time when he was visiting me. I was standing in the hallway about to say bye and he shut the door. Had to go and pick up spare keys and go back again. 🙃

I had to break into my place and my indoor cat was actively working against me while I did it.  Not sure what his endgame strategy was considering he wouldn't get fed without me!
